Retail Operations Manager Job Overview

As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies that align with brand objectives to achieve business targets. You will identify process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and champion systems, processes, policies, and business adherence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and ability to analyze market trends and identify new business propositions for expanding stores. They will also lead the store operations team and foster a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring team members are trained and equipped to deliver excellent customer service.

Additionally, the successful candidate will ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards. They will implement and monitor loss prevention measures, leverage technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency, and establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve business operations effectiveness.
