Job Title: Fundraiser

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Funding Manager to lead and execute our organization's funding strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing funding plans, managing relationships with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders.

  • Funding Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive funding strategies to meet business requirements.
  • Financial Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, investors, and financial institutions to secure debt and equity funding.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with lenders, investors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of funding strategies.
  • Fund Utilization: Monitor fund utilization and ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements.
  • Funding Planning: Collaborate with finance and senior management teams to forecast and plan funding needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, funding management, or corporate finance.
  • Network: Strong network with banks, NBFCs, and investors.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, funding processes, and compliance.
  • Skill: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Achievement: Proven ability to secure and manage large funding deals.
  • Qualification: MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.
