Job Title:

Fusion HCM Senior Technical Specialist

A challenging position for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical development, specifically in Oracle HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US and Canada Payroll, with expertise in Fast Formula development, payroll data extracts, and BIP and OTBI development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support complex payroll data extracts
  • Work on BIP and OTBI development projects
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Document technical specifications and unit test RICE components

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in technical development with Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Strong knowledge of US and Canada Payroll
  • Experience with Fast Formula development and BIP and OTBI development
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
