Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Assume a multi-faceted role, combining front-end and back-end responsibilities to ensure customer success and manage ongoing relationships.
  • Create deal documents such as pitch decks, financial models, business plans, teasers, etc., for clients across sectors and geographies at various stages of their business operations.
  • Advise and consult clients by structuring funding rounds in light of current market conditions and suitable investor needs, requiring an understanding of private investment markets, valuations, financial models, business projections, etc.
  • Ensure quality service delivery to clients and adhere to strict deadlines while managing multiple deals simultaneously.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of prior Investment Banking/Investment Analyst experience preferred.
  • CFA Level 1 or 2 passed candidates preferred.
  • Knowledge/prior experience with startup fundraising/Venture capital industry is a distinct advantage.
  • Ability to work remotely, with excellent written and spoken English skills required.
  • A laptop and good internet connection are necessary for day-to-day operations.
  • 5-7 day training session provided upon joining.
