Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Work mode: Remote

Shift: EST working hours (5:30 PM IST)

This position specializes in financial and operational performance analysis, providing strategic insights to drive business growth.

  • The analyst will partner with global finance teams, operations, and senior management to monitor progress and steer the business forward.
  • They will analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, ensuring effective decision-making.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to communicate complex information effectively and provide actionable recommendations.

This role includes responsibilities such as:

  • Preparing and managing data analytics on operational metrics
  • Building and maintaining analytical models on key operating measures
  • Working closely with leadership to formulate medium- to long-term financial and strategic plans
  • Collaborating with Business Unit heads to build annual budgets and forecasts
  • Producing models to project long-term growth and determine impactful business factors

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA Finance
  • Minimum 10 plus years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of advanced Excel functions and techniques is highly beneficial
