Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a legal professional to fill a senior role in our organization. As a senior legal associate, you will be responsible for representing clients before the Supreme Court and other quasi-judicial authorities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law and excellent drafting and communication skills. They will be able to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines and have an analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.

The role involves leading and overseeing litigation and dispute resolution proceedings, minimizing legal risks, and ensuring optimal outcomes. You will also draft, vet, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of PQE experience in corporate restructuring, fundraising, and investment facilitation. They will have a strong understanding of regulatory statutes, including SEBI regulations, FEMA, IRDAI guidelines, and the Private Investment in Public Equity (PIPE) framework.
