Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to join our team. As a key member of the legal department, you will provide expert advice and support to clients on various contract-related matters.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Interaction and Briefing: Engage with clients to understand their needs and gather detailed briefs for drafting contracts and agreements.
  • Drafting Supervision: Direct and guide junior associates in drafting various types of contracts and agreements based on client briefs.
  • Quality Control: Review and QC contracts drafted by junior associates for compliance, accuracy, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Training and Development: Train junior associates on effective drafting techniques, legal language, and industry best practices.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and refine internal workflows for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts to improve turnaround time.
  • Licence Research: Conduct research on legal updates and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide added value to clients.
Skill Requirements:
  • Experience as a lawyer or in a related field.
  • Expertise in contract law and negotiation.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
