Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Agreement Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the company's strategic objectives through effective agreement management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Agreement Development: You will be responsible for crafting, structuring, reviewing, and finalizing agreements that align with the company's interests and minimize potential risks. This includes developing strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Statutory Compliance Management: You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and address statutory compliance issues at different locations, recommending remedial measures as necessary.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: With your analytical skills, you will evaluate business activities and identify potential liabilities, providing recommendations to minimize financial exposure for the company.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of an LL.B./LL.M. degree is required.
  • Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating diverse types of agreements within India and cross-border contexts.
  • Strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and excellent communication and drafting abilities are essential.
  • Experience with statutory compliance, litigation, and intellectual property law is beneficial.
