
HR Compliance Manager

We're looking for a diligent compliance professional to ensure seamless execution of HR compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of labour laws, statutory regulations, and sector-specific guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely compliance with all applicable labour laws.
- Oversee state-wise compliance requirements and filings across locations.
- Conduct onboarding checks for statutory forms and declarations.
- Address and resolve employee PF-related queries.
- Ensure real-time tracking and closure of compliance deliverables using our compliance tracking system.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Labour Law, or related field.
- Additional certification in labour law or statutory compliance is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR compliance, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Hands-on experience managing compliance audits, inspections, and liaising with regulatory authorities.
- Strong knowledge of central and state labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Familiarity with sector-specific compliance (IRDAI, RBI, SEBI).
- Ability to manage multi-state compliance complexity.
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and audit readiness.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in using compliance tracking tools, HRMS and MS Office.
