Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical professional to manage HR data reporting, analytics, and dashboards. This role will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy to support strategic decision-making across the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely HR reports, dashboards, and metrics using tools like Excel (advanced functions), Power BI/Tableau, or other analytics platforms.
  • Ensure consistency of data across various HR systems and reports.
  • Collaborate with different HR verticals (Talent Acquisition, L&D, HR Operations, etc.) to gather data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Support audits, compliance, and internal reporting requirements by providing accurate and timely data.
  • Monitor and track key HR KPIs and suggest actionable insights.
  • Support ad hoc data/reporting requests from management and HR leadership.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR MIS or HR analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros) is a must.
  • Experience with HRMS platforms and analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and data accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
