HR Technology Specialist

Manage day-to-day HR Tech operations, system enhancements, audits, and automation projects with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, preferably with an HR tech/automation background, and 3-6 years of experience in HR Technology / HR Operations with hands-on system management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Technology Management: Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all HR technology-related queries, issues, and enhancements.
  • Daily Operations: Independently manage daily HR tech operations, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
  • HR Audits: Manage and conduct HR technology audits, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and system security.
  • System Alignment: Liaise with internal business technology teams to align HR systems with enterprise-wide solutions and integrations.
  • New System Enhancements: Lead implementation of new system enhancements and ensure adoption by HR and employees.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain and optimize HR systems like Zing HR, TurboHire, and new systems, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
  • Digital Workflows: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify process gaps and deploy digital workflows.
  • System Performance: Monitor system performance, generate HR dashboards, and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Training and Development: Train HR teams and employees on new features, functionalities, and processes.
