HR & Compliance Specialist - Onboarding Expert

- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes to guarantee timely completion of documentation, background checks, system access, and exit formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance-related documents are completed and stored according to organizational and legal standards.
- Navigate and maintain documentation via various MSP portals, ensuring timely submission and status tracking of onboarding and compliance workflows.
- Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key HR, onboarding, and compliance workflows.
- Apply understanding of US federal employment regulations and client-specific guidelines to ensure process adherence across onboarding and documentation.
- 1-3 years of experience in Staffing Operations, HR Coordination, or Compliance Support
- Hands-on experience with MSP portals (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass)
- Working knowledge of US federal employment regulations (I-9, E-Verify, contractor compliance)
- Experience preparing and maintaining SOPs or process documentation
- Familiarity with background check portals and onboarding processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and document tracking tools
