
Business Partner for Employee Experience

In this role, you will assist in channeling information to empower People Partners and business leaders with the knowledge required to make informed decisions, thereby fostering a great working environment for our global team.
Responsibilities- Onboard new employees on their first day, introducing them to our culture and policies.
- Manage onboardings, including asset and access-related tasks.
- Collaborate with vendors to conduct background verification processes for all new hires.
- Maintain regular connections with new and existing employees to ensure high happiness and productivity levels.
- Partner with leaders and management to resolve people-related conflicts or concerns.
- Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) by addressing questions related to our policies or culture.
- Develop and execute fun online and offline activities to engage the team.
- Curate communication that falls under the People Operations team's purview.
- Collaborate with leaders to draft policies and add them to our handbook, reflecting our vision, mission, and values.
- Strategize programs to minimize attrition and maximize retention.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage end-to-end off-boarding.
- Publish letters and emails as needed.
- Plan team offsites/workations and oversee logistics.
- Negotiate with vendors to establish and maintain partnerships.
- Process salary changes and payroll with the Finance team within timelines.
- Review all paperwork and contracts related to the position.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience is required.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field is mandatory.
- You should possess excellent attention to detail.
- You must be mature and able to handle sensitive matters.
- High energy levels and the ability to run engagement activities are essential.
- You should have a talent for understanding people.
- Empathy and rationality are key qualities.
- Oustanding written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Proven experience in People Operations, people programs, staffing, and/or large-scale people-related roles is beneficial.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and employee relations case management is necessary.
- You must be able to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on analysis.
- Good problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are required.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work well with minimal guidance in a fluid environment are essential.
- Proficiency with numbers, MS Office, and related tools like Fresh team, Zoho, Deel, Just Works, etc., is necessary.
- Prior experience working with a remote, global team of over 250 people is advantageous.
