Job Title: Talent Acquisition Leader

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals. They will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and coaching a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists to drive high performance and achieve exceptional results.

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Drive the development and implementation of workforce planning initiatives to meet short-term and long-term hiring needs.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:

  • Build and promote a strong employer brand to attract top talent in fintech and technology.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience across all hiring stages, from initial application to onboarding.
  • Partner with marketing and leadership to develop and execute recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and digital branding initiatives that showcase our employer value proposition.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on talent trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Drive strong partnerships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and networks to access diverse talent pools.

Operational Excellence & Compliance:

  • Establish key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies, maintaining a culture of integrity and transparency.
  • Implement advanced ATS systems and technology to streamline hiring processes and enhance candidate experiences.

Innovation & Market Insights:

  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, talent intelligence, and fintech hiring challenges to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop innovative strategies to attract niche talent in AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, blockchain, and digital banking, leveraging industry connections and partnerships.
