Strategic Human Resources Leader

About Us

We are seeking a visionary and experienced HR leader to drive operational excellence, standardize processes, and manage a team of senior HR professionals.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end HR operations across the organization, managing and mentoring site HR heads and corporate HR teams, driving implementation and governance of HR policies and compliance frameworks, and owning employee life cycle management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead HR teams in multiple locations and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Design and implement HR systems, workflows, and reporting mechanisms to enhance efficiency and standardization.
  • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across all HR functions.
  • Proactively handle grievances, workplace practices, and policy implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and business heads.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master's degree in HR or related field from top-tier institutes.
  • At least 20 years of progressive experience in HR operations within large organizations.
  • Strong experience in managing multi-location HR teams and high-scale operations.
  • Deep understanding of HR systems, compliance, labor laws, process design, and execution.
  • Ability to work at a strategic level while managing complex operational details.
  • Experience reporting to CXO/CHRO-level leadership.
