Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Cluster Head with 7–10 years of experience in Direct Sales, B2C Sales, Merchant Acquisition, Offline Payments, Distribution, or Telecom. The role requires strong field sales and team-handling expertise, with preference for candidates from digital payments or telecom sales backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for merchant/retailer acquisition across various segments.
  • Drive sourcing, lead generation, and closure of new acquisitions & activations.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of direct sales professionals.
  • Build strong merchant relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and implement promotional strategies to boost market penetration & visibility.
  • Travel across the city to expand market presence.
  • Consistently achieve sales and activation targets.

Key Competencies

  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in sales & team management.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales principles and practices with the ability to coach teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership, people management, and team-building capabilities.

Salary: As per interview performance
