We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresher with prior internship experience, especially in the FinTech industry, who is eager to grow their career in lead generation and business development.
The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of FinTech trends, solid communication skills, and be well-versed in lead generation tactics across various channels.
- Identify potential leads through social media, databases, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and online research.
- Reach out to leads via email, phone calls, and social media platforms to introduce our services/products and generate interest.
- Assess the potential of leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and budget, to pass qualified leads to the sales team.
- Run lead generation campaigns using various tools and platforms, ensuring timely follow-up and effective tracking.
- Stay updated on FinTech trends and analyze competitor offerings to effectively target potential leads.
- Maintain accurate lead data and track activities within the CRM system to ensure timely and efficient lead management.
- Have a deep understanding of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas to effectively target the right leads.
The following skills and qualifications are required:
- Fluency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with leads and present the company's offerings clearly and effectively.
- Research skills: Excellent research skills to identify leads within the FinTech industry using various sources and tools.
- Understanding of FinTech trends: Familiarity with the latest trends and developments in the FinTech sector.
- Proficient in Excel: Ability to manage and analyze lead data, track performance, and create reports in Excel.
- Targeting ICP & Persona: Well-versed in identifying and targeting the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Campaign knowledge: Experience running lead generation campaigns, utilizing campaign tools to optimize reach and effectiveness.
- Lead generation channels: Knowledge of various lead generation channels (email, social media, webinars, etc.) and best practices.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential leads.
A proactive approach to learning, solving problems, and contributing to the overall success of the business is also essential.
