About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and diligent Customer Support Executive to join our team at NextGrowth Labs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks and administrative needs of our outbound sales outreach for our digital marketing agency business.

Key responsibilities include identifying eligible leads for pitching SEO/ASO services, coordinating with different teams internally and with clients, and creating and reviewing SEO/ASO audits with attention to detail. You will also participate in sales calls by assisting the senior sales team in pitching to clients and perform ongoing keyword research, including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of work experience in online B2B Sales, Outreach associate, or Customer Support Executive role.
  • Excellent English skills, including spoken, written, and listening.
  • Comfortable making phone calls for outbound/inbound sales pitches.
  • Strong computer proficiency and typing speed.
  • Expertise in Google Sheets and Excel for data analysis.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with sales engagement platforms and tools for outreach processes.
  • Excellent spoken English and ability to record sales pitching videos.
  • Ability to automate day-to-day tasks using Google Sheets Extensions or Chrome extensions.
  • Experience with SEO, ASO, or setting up Ad campaigns.
