Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Marketplace Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. As a Marketplace Specialist, you will be responsible for managing marketplace advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others.
You will work closely with our clients to understand their goals and develop strategies to achieve them. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth and improving return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Specialize in marketplace advertising and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and platform capabilities.
- Develop key relationships with category managers at marketplaces and provide insights to drive performance.
- Manage budgets and set goals aligned with client roadmaps.
- Coordinate with media buyers and operations management daily.
- Pitch to prospective clients and collaborate with the strategy team.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in Amazon, Flipkart, and other major marketplaces.
- Team management experience with a minimum of 10 people for at least 1 year.
- Strong oratory, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Understanding of factors impacting performance on marketplaces, including conversion rate optimization, seasonality, sales planning, and category benchmarking.
