Director of Digital Marketplaces and E-commerce Operations

Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our initiatives in quick commerce and marketplace channels as the Director of Digital Marketplaces and E-commerce Operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the brand's presence and performance on marketplace and quick commerce platforms.
- Marketplace Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key marketplace and quick commerce partners to maximize growth opportunities.
- P&L Ownership: Take responsibility for driving revenue growth and ensuring profitability across marketplace and quick commerce channels.
- Catalog and Inventory Management: Oversee product listing, pricing, and inventory to maintain optimal performance and competitiveness.
- Promotions and Campaigns: Collaborate with partners to plan and execute effective promotional activities and campaigns.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and use insights to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product development to align on objectives and deliver results.
- Compliance and Negotiation: Ensure all activities comply with platform guidelines and negotiate terms with partners to maximize value for the brand.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in quick commerce or marketplace platforms.
- Proven track record of driving growth and managing large-scale operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
As the Director of Digital Marketplaces and E-commerce Operations, you will be responsible for leading our initiatives in quick commerce and marketplace channels. This role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to drive growth. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
