Marketplace Strategist for Intimate Wellness

Thirdbase is a rapidly expanding brand in the intimate wellness sector, dedicated to crafting innovative products and fostering deeper connections. To further scale our presence, we are seeking an experienced professional to lead our initiatives in quick commerce and marketplace channels.
Position OverviewWe are looking for a seasoned executive with a proven track record of working in quick commerce or marketplace platforms and at least 5 years of relevant experience. This leadership role demands strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the brand's presence and performance on marketplace and quick commerce platforms.
- Marketplace Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key marketplace and quick commerce partners to maximize growth opportunities.
- P&L Ownership: Take responsibility for driving revenue growth and ensuring profitability across marketplace and quick commerce channels.
- Catalog and Inventory Management: Oversee product listing, pricing, and inventory to maintain optimal performance and competitiveness.
- Promotions and Campaigns: Collaborate with partners to plan and execute effective promotional activities and campaigns.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and use insights to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product development to align on objectives and deliver results.
- Compliance and Negotiation: Ensure all activities comply with platform guidelines and negotiate terms with partners to maximize value for the brand.
The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions.
Qualifications:- At least 5 years of experience in quick commerce or marketplace platforms.
- Proven track record of driving growth and managing large-scale operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
