Responsibilities- Identify and onboard potential clients, showcasing the value of our AI-driven recruitment platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute business strategies to meet sales targets.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Passion for technology and innovation in recruitment. Bonus points if you like AI.
The estimated salary range for this position is ₹10-15 lakhs per annum (₹83k - 125k per month), depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
