Job Overview

Bluemoon Offshore Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Offshore Business Growth Strategist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a full-time remote position that involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing growth strategies, and conducting market research. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing proposals, attending networking events, and collaborating with internal teams.

Main Responsibilities

Developing strategic plans for business expansion and growth in the offshore industry.

Forecasting sales targets based on market analysis and trends to drive revenue growth.

Utilizing various methods to identify potential opportunities within the market, including market research and competitor analysis.

Building strong rapport with clients while cultivating relationships with new ones by providing exceptional service that meets their needs.

Collaborating with team members to devise effective sales and marketing strategies that align with the company's goals.

Creating financial forecasts and setting achievable sales goals to measure progress.

Participating in industry events, trade shows, or conferences to stay up-to-date with industry trends and network with key players.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proposal Writing and Presentation skills.

Networking and Communication skills.

Experience in the offshore industry is an advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the offshore industry and be able to develop and implement effective growth strategies.
