Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our business development department, you will be responsible for formulating marketing strategies and identifying potential leads in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Formulate marketing strategies in conjunction with our Marketing Manager, focusing on target markets and potential customers.
- Identify and generate prospects through effective marketing strategies, highlighting the unique value proposition of our company.
- Develop and manage marketing and advertising content for all channels, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Track industry market intelligence, analyzing market development, projects, competitive activity, and customer trends.
- Represent our company at networking events and meetings, promoting our products and services.
- Develop and present business proposals that meet client needs and objectives while maintaining company profitability.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in business development or a related field.
- Construction industry experience is an advantage.
- Able to converse in English; Hindi and Kannada language skills are also beneficial.
We offer a highly competitive salary of approximately ₹8,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development within our company.
