About the role
As a Content Strategist Trainee, you will learn the essentials of creating engaging and impactful content that aligns with our brand’s voice and goals. This position is perfect for someone eager to build a career in content writing while gaining hands-on experience under the mentorship of experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in researching and developing content for blogs, articles, social media posts, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm ideas for various topics.
- Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure clarity, grammar, and adherence to guidelines.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices in content creation.
- Help manage and update content calendars and schedules.
- Stay updated with trends and best practices in content marketing and writing.
- Create other digital assets such as infographics, SlideShare, press releases, and additional info.
- Writing blogs that add value to the reader and that they want to share actively.
- Ensure deadlines are met. If you face any blockers, communicate where you need help and the revised timeline to the SEO Analyst and the Lead Content Strategist.
- While this is a remote position, quarterly or bi-annual get-togethers and in-person work sessions will be mandatory. Each off-site may be for 3 to 7 days; your presence is mandated.
