The Guest Experience Specialist will assist guests with menu inquiries, special requests, and dietary needs, build strong relationships with regular guests, and recognize VIP customers. They will handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy, coordinate with service staff and management for seamless operations, and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.

Key requirements include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly, approachable personality, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, prior experience in hospitality or related fields, and the ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment.
