Job Role:
Team CoordinatorThis role is responsible for handling daily tasks and workloads, including incoming guest calls and emails, providing information about hotel services according to established standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to maintain attention to detail. They will be able to accurately process and confirm all reservations, enquiries, and special requests in line with company policies.
The Team Coordinator will also be responsible for educating guests and key prospects on Ananda's philosophy and wellness offerings, addressing their individual needs. They will provide exceptional customer service by handling complex inquiries and requests, maintaining a professional and courteous approach during guest interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily tasks and workloads, including incoming guest calls and emails, providing information about hotel services according to established standards.
- Accurately process and confirm all reservations, enquiries, and special requests in line with company policies.
- Educate guests and key prospects on Ananda's philosophy and wellness offerings, addressing their individual needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling complex inquiries and requests.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach during guest interactions.
- Maintain high-level communication with the Front Office, Sales, and Wellness team.
- Ensure accurate records and generate reports related to reservations, occupancy, and revenue as needed.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes of work during peak periods.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests to encourage repeat visits and cultivate new guest relationships for loyalty.
- Assist guests with reservation bookings via phone and email, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained in the Property Management System (PMS) & CRM.
- Proactively follow up and engage with guests throughout their journey at Ananda to enhance their overall experience.
- Take on challenging opportunities, be open to innovative ideas, and work towards organization goals and targets.
- Identify, analyze, and solve problems effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in hospitality or a related field.
