Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our large corporates business development efforts. This is a key role that requires strong networking and origination skills, as well as the ability to manage complex relationships with lenders and investors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Business Origination: The successful candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities, particularly in the mid and large corporate segments.
  • Relationship Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, lenders, and investors.
  • Networking: The ability to network effectively within the industry is crucial for identifying potential business opportunities and staying ahead of competitors.
  • Knowledge and Understanding: A deep understanding of the Indian capital and bank loan markets is required, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Acquisition: The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients for our credit rating services, including mid and large corporate clients.
  • Contract Negotiation: Experience in contract negotiation and closure is essential, as well as the ability to manage sales receivables efficiently.
  • MIS and Market Intelligence: Strong analytical skills are required to build and maintain accurate market intelligence and MIS systems.
  • Client Competitor Analysis: A thorough understanding of the client's industry, including industry trends, financial measurements, and performance indicators, is essential for effective competitor analysis.
  • Sales Revenue Targets: Meeting quarterly and annual sales revenue targets is critical to the success of this role.
