Job Description
As a senior banking professional, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate customers to achieve financial targets. This involves developing and managing relationships with business customers to offer credit and deposit services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement strategies to meet volume, revenue, and profit targets in the Corporate Banking function.
- Develop business ideas to boost revenues and enhance productivity.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure performance and quality.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and manage potential corporate customers and assigned portfolio of existing customers to meet assigned financial and non-financial targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with related functions/units to achieve goals/objectives.
- Support employees with direction of work and relevant training.

Learning & Development:
- Possess sound knowledge of credit policies, procedures, and standards.
- Take responsibility for self-development and acquiring skills required to fulfill duties.

Legal, Regulatory, & Risk Framework:
- Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.
- Perform your role under the Three Lines of Defence principle to identify, measure, monitor, manage, and report risks.

Other Responsibilities:
- Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality to safeguard commercially sensitive information.
- Maintain utmost confidentiality concerning customer and internal bank information obtained during the course of business.
