Job Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled professional to support corporate clients in their trade flows with GCC and OECD countries.

The major products and services offered will be Trade Finance and selective offshore finance solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and segment target corporate clients to develop a sustainable corporate banking business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers for existing and new corporate commercial relationships.
  • Review portfolios, establish account plans, and recommend credit facilities to maximize earnings while controlling risk.
  • Manage daily tasks of the team, train, develop, motivate, and evaluate team performance.
  • Co-coordinate with concerned groups across the bank to ensure timely delivery of required services.

Responsibilities include regulatory obligations, market awareness, and leadership of the Relationship Management and Credit Support team.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong background in corporate relationship management with experience handling large and mid-sized clients.
  • Complete knowledge of the Bank's credit policy and local regulations.
  • Strong credit knowledge and marketing skills are essential.
  • Proven leadership qualities, interpersonal, and communication skills, with ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.

A CA or MBA is preferred, with minimum 10-15 years of corporate relationship management experience. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the financial industry and excellent analytical skills.
