About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Key Relationship Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The role involves managing parent interactions, supporting admissions, and enhancing parent experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and guide parents at the front office
  • Handle parent queries via walk-ins, calls, emails, and website
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-up
  • Resolve concerns and escalate as needed for parent satisfaction
  • Explain school systems, offerings, and post-school activities
Sales & Marketing:
  • Manage and convert leads from various channels
  • Support outreach activities society/mall events, tie-ups, etc.
  • Conduct engaging school tours and represent the brand
  • Help achieve monthly/annual admission targets
Administration:
  • Maintain MIS and Lead Management entries
  • Assist in audit preparation and daily planning
  • Ensure upkeep of the discovery room and marketing materials
Candidate Profile:

- Gender: Male Preferred
- Experience: At least 1.5+ years in front office, customer service, sales, or education industry
- Key Skills:
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- CRM handling & admissions process knowledge
- Confident, presentable, and organized
