Job Title: Relationship Manager
Job Description:The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
This role involves coordinating with various departments, such as Operations, Claims, Underwriting, and Mid Office, to address client queries in a proactive and productive manner. The successful candidate will also be responsible for spearheading IT initiatives with clients, ensuring timely execution of audit activities, and maintaining business trackers and MIS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with middle and senior management of FIG clients
- Addressing and solving client queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing
- Coordinating IT initiatives with clients
- Maintaining business trackers and MIS
- Ensuring timely execution of audit activities
Must have:
- Excellent Excel skills
- Good communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of insurance industry
