Job Overview
The Corporate HR Head plays a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's culture and values through strong leadership and inspirational behaviour.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of comprehensive HR reports, covering key areas such as Employment Law, HR policy, best practice, and workforce development.
- Develop and implement effective employment policies across the company, ensuring compliance with current regulations and accepted professional standards.
- Support HR staff in sharing best practice and meeting relevant professional standards, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and excellence.
- Ensure the execution of the HR Strategy, focusing on core areas such as Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition, and HR systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, prioritising engagement & welfare activities, maximising productivity, and building leadership capability.
- Take a lead role in transforming and strengthening the organisational culture, ensuring alignment with company values and approach.
- Develop and execute a plan for diversity, equality, and inclusion that aligns with business strategy and commitments.
- Provide regular coaching and mentorship to colleagues, identifying individual strengths and development needs, developing relationships, and encouraging retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Master's Degree in HR or related field required.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in HR Role, with a proven track record of success.
- Able to create people strategy, driving commercial acumen and metrics-driven performance.
- Proactive attitude and integrity-based leadership, with superior interpersonal and approachable manner.
- Agile work ethic, curious mindset, and experience managing skilled teams.
- In-depth Employment Law knowledge, methodical attention to detail, and good time management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, commitment to collaboration, and inspiring others.
