Job Title: National Account Manager for IT/ITES Sector
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Account Manager to oversee IT/ITES customers across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Development, particularly in the IT/ITES sector, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering long-term relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue growth and expand market presence in the IT/ITES sectors.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within targeted accounts to understand their needs and propose Hybrid and Cloud-based access control, visitor management, and digital security solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and personalized service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and address customer requirements.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, budgets or quotes, and contracts in alignment with company policies and pricing guidelines.
- Monitor business performance metrics, track progress against goals, and provide regular reports to management on achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Represent IDCUBE in the mentioned verticals at specific industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions and network with potential clients.
- Farm leads from both verticals to help build a strong presence in the assigned sectors.
- Set up proactive product demonstration, PoCs, and Training with prospective customer base throughout the vertical.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Master's degree holders will be given a preference.
- Proven track record of 12 to 15 years in sales, with significant experience in the IT/ITES within the software sale, IOT, cyber or physical security applications.
- Strong understanding of technical solutions or related technologies preferred in the required business sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in technical solutions or applications.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mind-set and a passion for driving business growth.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the country.
