Role Overview

The Business Development Executive role is a dynamic position that involves acquiring new business and customers in assigned territories or segments.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Graduate with an MBA.
  • 4-5 years of experience in industrial solution selling in B2B environments.
  • Proficiency in local language and fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders at CXO level.
  • Good numeracy skills, MS Office proficiency, and persuasion abilities.

Preferred Skills

Industrial packaging or industrial solution selling experience is highly valued.
