Job Title: Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our team of analysts and AR coaches.
- Lead a team of professionals to optimize collections and reduce AR ageing
- Maintain high-quality performance and monitor daily workflow to meet service level agreements
- Mentor junior staff and encourage strong A/R follow-up skills
- Analyze key metrics and resolve personnel issues with management's support
Key Deliverables:
- Improved AR follow-up and reduced denial rates
- Timely delivery of targets while ensuring workflow efficiency
- Enhanced team productivity through mentoring and training
- Satisfactory resolution of client queries and escalations

Requirements:
