Requirements :
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably in consumer tech or e-commerce.
- Proven expertise in segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. Clevertap, MoEngage) and attribution platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, coupled with adaptability in fast-paced environments.
