Job Description of Business Development Manager

Position: Business Development Manager

Reporting to: Business Head/ CEO

Experience: 2 yr to 5 years.

Qualification: Any graduate.

Roles:

  • End to End Sales
  • Revenue generation through new account development and key account management
  • Identify and assess industries to penetrate where B2B Lead generation would be of great benefit.
  • Develop innovative, creative and proactive consulting strategies to meet the Business needs of various clients
  • Create positive experiences for clients and retain them by showing consistent cost benefits over multiple tenures enabling client retention and loyalty.

Key Skills:

  • We are looking to hire the best in class, preferably with BD experience B2B lead Generation industry
  • Hands-on sales, research and lead generation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Should be willing to take challenging tasks, managing clients from start to end
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Aggressive sales person who can work on set targets.
