We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Systems Integration Specialist to join our team.
This role will be responsible for integrating and optimizing sales systems, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms, and supporting the sales team through process automation and system improvements.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of sales operations, system integration, and data integrity best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to implement and integrate CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP).
- Optimize sales system architecture to enhance data flow and user experience.
- Act as the primary administrator for sales tools and platforms.
- Lead system integration projects, including requirement gathering, vendor coordination, testing, and deployment.
- Create and maintain system documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor data quality and integrity across integrated platforms.
- Generate reports and dashboards for leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
- Train sales teams on new tools, features, and process changes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues or data discrepancies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales operations or systems integration role.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
- Experience with system integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, MuleSoft, APIs).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with sales workflows, KPIs, and data compliance standards.
