Warehouse Management Implementation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Warehouse Management implementation expert to lead the planning, deployment, and optimization of Warehouse Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Warehouse Management modules, ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to gather and analyze complex business requirements, distilling them into actionable functional specifications.
  • Translate business needs into detailed system configurations and technical specifications, driving process improvements and optimizations.
  • Provide strategic guidance on best practices and blueprints for optimizing Warehouse Management solutions.
  • Mentor junior experts and provide leadership in project delivery, fostering growth and development within the team.
  • Oversee and participate in thorough system testing, UAT, and deployment activities, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality outcomes.
  • Ensure post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement initiatives, promoting long-term success and customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve high-level functional issues in Warehouse Management applications, maintaining a focus on excellence and precision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience as a Warehouse Management implementation expert, preferably with Blue Yonder (JDA) solutions.
  • Deep expertise in supply chain planning processes and Warehouse Management modules such as Outbound, Inbound, Allocation, Picking, Put Away, Wave processing, Cycle counts, Inventory Management, Configuration, and Reports.
  • Strong understanding of data access and interfaces connecting systems like Oracle Cloud and OTM (Order Transportation Management).
  • Familiarity with Moca commands and database tools like Lexedit.
  • Excellent SQL and PL/SQL skills, with experience working with master data management (Customers, Suppliers, Items, Footprints).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills, with a strong work ethic and adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Blue Yonder certification(s), demonstrating expertise and commitment to industry standards.
  • Experience with Data Access Service (DAS) and BI/reporting tools, enhancing analysis and decision-making capabilities.
