Supply Chain Optimization Professional

We seek an accomplished supply chain leader to oversee and enhance the entire supply chain process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless coordination across departments, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans that align with business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, inventory, and logistics.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor supply chain performance using KPIs and implement process improvements.
  • Coordinate with production, sales, finance, and logistics teams to forecast demand and manage supply.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and industry standards.
  • Oversee import/export activities and customs clearance when required.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks in supply chain disruptions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6–8 years of proven experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and supply chain management software.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
