**Job Opportunity: Training Expertise Wanted**

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who will be instrumental in delivering high-quality training sessions for internal teams and external clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in facilitating engaging and impactful training programs, working across diverse HR systems, developing learning content, and driving continuous improvement to support organizational success.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver interactive system training sessions (virtual and in-person) for employees and clients.
  • Create and maintain learning materials such as training decks, SOPs, scripts, assessments, gamified modules, and eLearning content.
  • Learn and master new systems from acquired divisions and develop structured training documentation.
  • Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to enhance training effectiveness, retention, and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to stay current on software updates and business processes.
  • Participate in testing and validation of software enhancements to ensure training readiness and system accuracy.
  • Support training planning by contributing to training calendars, tracking attendance, and maintaining batch throughput metrics.
    • Manage and update content repositories across SharePoint, OneDrive, and the Learning Management System.
    • Prepare regular training reports and dashboards to track progress.
    • Stay up-to-date with trends in instructional design, adult learning theory, and technology-based learning.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in system training or a comparable role, preferably in payroll/timekeeping/HR technology.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Proven ability to design and deliver training programs that align with industry standards and achieve learning objectives.
  • Strong proficiency in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and content creation.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, with working knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated approach to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Understanding of gamification, blended learning techniques, and LMS usage.
  • Experience with software testing, UAT participation, or systems validation is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
