About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Service Professional to drive growth, provide exceptional customer experiences, and support our business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries from support tickets and wholesale customers, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of satisfaction
  • Manage and execute successful crowdfunding campaigns, leveraging your skills in sales, marketing, and customer engagement
  • Carry out sales and service tasks as directed, meeting or exceeding performance targets and productivity standards
  • Ensure consistent, detail-oriented communication and follow-through on all customer interactions, building strong relationships and trust
  • Support the Publisher and contribute to a productive work environment, facilitating smooth operations and deadline management

Your Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, with a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and customer service
  • Proven 5+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, with a track record of success and achievement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Resilient, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with customer-facing communication across multiple channels, including email, phone, and social media
