**Elevator Sales and Service Role**

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Elevator Sales and Service representative. This dynamic role involves identifying key markets and customers to evaluate the potential for service sales. The primary goal is to generate and develop service sales in the region, ensuring a strong presence of the company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing AMC renewals, price fixation of contracts, and T-orders. Regular meetings with clients will foster strong relationships and drive business growth. Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential for converting opportunities into successful projects.

As a leader, you will oversee a team to complete tasks efficiently, providing guidance and support when needed. The ability to recognize and capitalize on potential T-Business opportunities will be critical to success.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Diploma/BE in Engineering
  • 5-8 years of experience in handling service in the Elevator industry
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Assertive, Proactive, Result-oriented, and Self-starter
  • Ability to handle high-profile Key Accounts and Experience in the Elevator industry
