We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to manage escalated customer queries and provide solutions through effective liaison with garage partners.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering best-in-class customer service, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in handling customer complaints. Strong written and spoken English skills are essential, as well as excellent time-management abilities and the capacity to build rapport with colleagues.

Key responsibilities include resolving customer queries/complaints (UK customers), liaising with UK garage partners to deliver timely resolutions within agreed SLAs, monitoring trends in complaints, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
