Key Responsibilities:- Tech Support: Assist customers with vehicle-related issues, including mechanical, electrical, or software problems.
- Warranty and Claims: Provide solutions and information regarding warranty coverage, claims, and service processes.
- Issue Resolution: Coordinate with service centers, mechanics, or technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of all interactions, complaints, issues, and solutions using CRM tools.
