Job Description: We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to manage customer interactions and build long-term relationships through effective communication.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong phone handling skills, active listening, and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
Key Responsibilities: Manage large amounts of emails, calls, generate sales leads, and coordinate between our organisation and customers.
Requirements: Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is required along with proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of SAP B1 is an added advantage, and experience with exhibitions/expo is preferred.
