
Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional customer support specialist to build and strengthen relationships with our customers by listening, empathizing, and helping them achieve their goals.
The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of our business model and be able to demonstrate the value of our products to our customers every day by providing amazing support.
- Resolve and record any customer issues that arise pertaining to product growth, billing, and general account satisfaction.
- Manage incoming chats and emails and handle appropriate follow-up chats and emails.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or related field.
- Exceptional English communication skills, especially written.
- A positive, polite, confident, sincere, and friendly disposition.
- Ability to solve problems and think quickly on your feet.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and growing environment.
