Responsibilities include:

  • Responding promptly and effectively to student inquiries through email, phone, and other channels.

  • Proactively reaching out to students to understand and address their concerns.
  • Monitoring and evaluating student feedback and ratings to identify areas for improvement in the support process.
  • Addressing and resolving student complaints and concerns.
  • Staying up-to-date with company course offerings, updates, and promotions.
  • Collaborating with the product team to address gaps based on student feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) and proficiency in Google Sheets and Docs. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field is also essential.

Additionally, the candidate should possess:
