Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional with strong experience in IT Services or IT Staffing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth through new sales acquisitions across enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Broaden and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Understand client requirements and position company's IT services effectively.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service execution.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, and procurement teams.
  • Stay updated with industry trends in IT services, staffing, digital transformation, and technology consulting.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in sales for IT Staffing, Consulting, or IT Services Projects.
  • Proven success in client acquisition, account management, and revenue growth.
  • A strong network of decision-makers (CXOs/HR/Procurement) in IT industry.
  • Experience selling staff augmentation, managed services, or digital IT solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
